These are an ideal opportunity to learn what mindfulness is, how it works and the benefits of mindfulness practice before you sign up to a full course.
During the 2-hour taster session we look at both theory and practice so that you have a clearer understanding of the core principles of Mindfulness and you will also take away some practical exercises that you can use after the event.
