Drop-in Mindfulness Meditation Sessions

Our regular drop-in sessions have been set up for those that want to practice mindfulness on a more informal and flexible basis.

No experience of meditation is necessary to attend.

Each session consists of a 30 minute meditation practice plus a short discussion.

The sessions suit those new to mindfulness or graduates of a mindfulness course who wish to continue to deepen their practice.

Cost: £5 per session or £15 for a block of 4 sessions.
