Online Drop-in Meditation Sessions
Our regular drop-in sessions have been set up for those that want to practice mindfulness on a more informal and flexible basis.
No experience of meditation is necessary to attend.
Each session consists of a 30 minute meditation practice plus a short exploration of practice.
The sessions suit those new to mindfulness or graduates of a mindfulness course who wish to continue to deepen their practice.

In Person Drop-in Meditation Sessions
These take place on the first Tuesday of the month from 8-9pm at the Friends’ Meeting House, 59 Church Hill N21 2LE.
No experience of meditation is necessary to attend.
Each session consists of a two meditation practices with short exploration of practice.
The sessions suit those new to mindfulness or graduates of a mindfulness course who wish to continue to deepen their practice.
Cost: £9 per session £6 concessions plus a few places offered free of charge for those who otherwise wouldn’t be able to join.
