Mindfulness Retreats (day retreats and residential)

Silence and longer periods of practice are proven to be beneficial for our brains and our well being as well as deepening our practice.

We run a range of retreats including working with Francesca Turner of “Flow and Glowto offer combined Yoga and Mindfulness retreats for restoration and relaxation. These retreats are suitable for all levels of ability.

Stay in the idyllic town of Altea, Spain, for a three-night mindfulness retreat tailored for those already acquainted with Mindfulness meditation practices. Whether you’ve attended a course or have a personal meditation routine, this retreat is designed to deepen your practice away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this restorative break.

Led by Lucy Woods, an experienced Mindfulness teacher with a Masters in Teaching Mindfulness, the retreat offers a gentle and nurturing environment for self-discovery. Engage in guided meditation sessions curated to enhance your practice and cultivate a sense of self-compassion. The retreat also features periods of silent practice and movement sessions led by a skilled yoga teacher,

Enjoy some free time wandering through the charming streets of Altea, explore the coastline, and savour moments of solitude or shared connection. Our silent retreats are suitable for anyone that has completed at least 6 weeks of a Mindfulness course. Or has an equivalent practice.

The retreat consists of a variety of guided sitting and movement practices and is designed to deepen our personal practice.
