Longer periods of practice are proven to be beneficial for our brains and our wellbeing as well as deepening our practice.
I run a range of retreats including combined Yoga and Mindfulness retreats for restoration and relaxation. These retreats are suitable for all levels of ability.

This 3-night residential retreat is an invitation to deepen your mindfulness practice in the stunning natural beauty of Snowdonia. Nestled beside a lake and framed by mountains, Trigonos offers an ideal environment for quiet reflection, gentle movement, and guided meditation.
Designed for those with an existing practice, this retreat meets BAMBA good practice guidelines, with over 50% held in supportive silence. There’s no pressure to achieve anything — just space to rest, breathe, and reconnect with your inner stillness.
And while not part of the formal programme… some of us will be swimming in the lake

Our silent and silent residential retreats are suitable for anyone that has completed at least 6 weeks of a Mindfulness course. Or has an equivalent practice.
The silent retreat consists of a variety of guided sitting and movement practices and is designed to deepen our personal practice.
