Mindfulness Retreats (day retreats and residential)

Silence and longer periods of practice are proven to be beneficial for our brains and our well being as well as deepening our practice.

I run a range of retreats including working with Francesca Turner of “Flow and Glowto offer combined Yoga and Mindfulness retreats for restoration and relaxation. These retreats are suitable for all levels of ability.


28 June – 1 July 2024

An opportunity to retreat in a stunning converted Gothic Chapel in the seaside town of Tywyn, in the heart of Wales. Ty Capel is located minutes from the beach and not far from forests, lakes and gorgeous rolling hills (It also has a hot tub and a stunning garden!).

Engage in an intensive programme of guided meditation sessions that will help you to deepen your mindfulness practice and cultivate awareness of the present moment. In scenic surroundings, the retreat is designed for experienced practitioners, to help you to really reconnect with yourself and your practice. The combination of periods of silence, meditation, and mindful movement promotes well being and stress relief.

A retreat is not a getaway; it’s an opportunity to nourish your body and mind, develop your mindfulness skills further, make wonderful connections and establish a sense of lasting tranquillity.

The cost of the retreat is from £655 which includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner, all refreshments and the full retreat programme (Please enquire about a reduction in cost if you are happy to share). Please arrive by 4pm on Friday – the event will finish on Monday at approximately midday (TBC).



Suitable for anyone the next restorative retreat will take place on Saturday July 20th at the Friends Meeting House, Winchmore Hill, N21 from 10:30am to 2:30pm.

Our silent and residential retreats are suitable for anyone that has completed at least 6 weeks of a Mindfulness course. Or has an equivalent practice.

The retreat consists of a variety of guided sitting and movement practices and is designed to deepen our personal practice.
