Silence and longer periods of practice are proven to be beneficial for our brains and our well being as well as deepening our practice.
We run a range of retreats including working with Francesca Turner of Hill House Therapies to offer combined Yoga and Mindfulness retreats for restoration and relaxation. These retreats are suitable for all levels of ability.

Our silent retreats are suitable for anyone that has completed at least 6 weeks of a Mindfulness course.
The retreat consists of a variety of guided sitting and movement practices and is designed to deepen our personal practice.
