Mindfulness Retreats (day retreats and residential)
Longer periods of practice are proven to be beneficial for our brains and our wellbeing as well as deepening our practice.
I run a range of retreats including combined Yoga and Mindfulness retreats for restoration and relaxation. These retreats are suitable for all levels of ability.
RESIDENTIAL YOGA AND MEDITATION RETREAT, SYMONDS YAT, WALES
21 March – 24 March 2025
With Pippa Yarworth-Cleeton (Press Pause Yoga)
In the rush of daily life, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves, our breath, and the simple joy of being present. This retreat is your chance to pause, reconnect, and listen to what your body and mind truly need.
Join us for a weekend of gentle yoga and guided mindfulness meditation, designed to support all levels of experience. Whether you’re new to these practices or looking to deepen your journey, this retreat is about slowing down and giving yourself permission to be fully present.
Through yoga, we’ll explore movement that is intuitive and nourishing, honouring your body’s unique capabilities. In our mindfulness sessions, you’ll be guided to cultivate a deeper awareness of your body sensations, your thoughts, feelings and the present moment.
This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life, to reconnect with yourself, and find a deeper sense of peace and clarity. It’s not about striving for perfection or pushing yourself—it’s about embracing where you are, right now.
